I set up this site after trying to find a decent monitor for photography and finding that most sites just write reviews based on how good a monitor is for movies or computer games. It is possible to find the information you are looking for elsewhere if you understand all the tech talk but it isn’t easy.

I have tried to lay the site out so it is easy to find a monitor for photography that is in your price range. There is a massive range of prices available for monitors but what isn’t immediately obvious is that some of the cheaper ones are almost as good as the top end monitors that cost around a grand. You lose out on screen space but get a massive drop in price.
